Your Spectator Ticket includes:

A minimum donation of $5,000 will be made by Onyx Hospitality to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
WAIVER:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation in the Event.
1. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Supercar Soirée, Onyx Hospitality and Trump International, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while attending or participating in the Event.
2. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supercar Soirée, Onyx Hospitality and Trump International, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Medical Treatment:
I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.
4. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Supercar Soirée and Trump International and understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Event.
5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant Supercar Soirée and Onyx Hospitality and its agents permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.
